Full Job Description for Intellicloudware
Intellicloudware is looking for a Business Systems Administrator to support our sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate will enhance productivity by optimizing the efficiency of our Salesforce instance. The candidate will help design, assess, and streamline data, sales, and operational processes while improving the integration of related sales applications.
This is a key, high-visibility role that will collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. Prior experience managing Salesforce.com, strong business insight, expertise in analytics and reporting, and proficiency with sales technologies are essential. The candidate should have a proven track record of designing user-friendly applications and delivering actionable insights based on business systems tools to stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities
Application Management:
- Oversee and enhance the use of Salesforce.com and its supporting technologies to boost the sales team’s efficiency and usability.
Salesforce.com Support:
- In collaboration with the Sales Operations Specialist, manage all Salesforce support tickets, and lead the implementation of new products and features for sales and operations users across business systems.
Data Management:
- Oversee and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of products or campaigns.
Sales Forecasting:
- Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Sales Operations Manager, and Sales Leadership to provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting for all business segments, including individual metrics.
Territory Management:
- Define and manage various sales territories within Salesforce.
Training:
- Train new and current sales team members on operational responsibilities within Intellicloudware’s business systems, including tech stack, sales processes, reporting, data governance, and more.
Evaluation & Implementation:
- Analyze data to validate the success of products or sales strategies and implement adjustments if results fall short.
Requirements
- Salesforce.com Administrator Certification (ADMIN 201)
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tech or startup industry.
- Proficiency in managing Salesforce.com features such as custom objects, fields, process builder, flow, automation, advanced reports, dashboards, and CPQ.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models (roles, profiles, permission sets, field-level security).
- Experience with QA/UAT in sandbox environments and using change sets to deploy to production.
- Skilled in data manipulation via Data Loader or similar tools.
- Familiarity with business applications like Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LeanData is a plus.
- Expertise in change management, problem-solving, process improvement, and operational excellence.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present clearly at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to work independently and lead SFDC implementations, sales operations initiatives, and future planning strategies.
- Must possess an optimistic, proactive attitude and be able to multitask effectively while adapting to changing priorities.
